Francesco Perilli is the Managing Director and General Manager of Equita SIM
- After two years as a Mercantile Marine deck officer, Francesco Perilli graduated cum Laude in Business Economics at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, and attended a specialization course at the New York University.
- In Euromobiliare since February 1985, Francesco Perilli has planned and achieved the transformation of the division S.I.M., that changed name in Equita S.I.M. after December 2007, when the US private equity fund, JC Flowers, became shareholder.
- Since 1989 he is in charge of the Equity Capital Markets department. In 1992 Equita S.I.M. also absorbed Euromobiliare's activities of Equity Capital Market (ECM) and Advisory.
- Francesco Perilli is member of Assosim Management Committee since 1994.
- He was a member of the Italian Stock Exchange Board of Directors from April 1996 to December 1997 prior to the privatization.
