Equita SIM’s Equity Research Department consists of 15 analysts with an average of 12 years’ experience in the sector.
We cover more than 120 companies listed in Italy, accounting for 98% of Milan Stock Exchange capitalization.

We are consistently highly ranked in the international surveys (Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor); where leading domestic and international institutional investors continue voting Equity Research Department as the best equity research team in Italy.
 

Overall, our equity research activity includes:

• Regular visits to listed companies : approximately 200 meetings a year.
   
• Development of fundamental valuation models: our analysts develop and update valuation models both for the companies officially covered and for those only monitored.
   
• Research reports on individual companies: our analysts publish a daily bulletin featuring news / updates on the companies analysed and start-of-coverage reports on companies featuring upside / downside potential exceeding 20%. They also publish update notes on disclosure of quarterly, half-yearly and annual results, capital market days, and/or on significant events.
   
• Organisation of conferences/road shows: our analysts periodically organise road shows of companies covered, both in Italy and in other European countries.
